being accountable

when I think of how much time I spend watching tv, surfing the web, or playing video games, but can't find the time to pray, study the word, or finish a bible study lesson on time... it makes me wonder. But I guess not enough to change, since I'm still doing the same thing. 10-15 minutes every morning and every evening... it's not too much to ask. I pray that I can be disciplined and keep to it. and I hope it is out of a sincere desire to change, and not out of the fear of punishment.
