Jethro Moses' father in law totally gives Moses some awesome advice in dealing with his people by telling him to train new leaders and delegate tasks to other people so he doesnt get worn out. Sometimes we don't want to let go of certain projects and trust other people because we think we are the only ones that can do a good job.
