not so random thoughts

by nature, i tend to keep to myself. there are many times when i prefer to stay in my hole and avoid human contact. but time and again i am reminded that God created us to be social creatures. Jesus too during his brief years of ministry, did not go about teaching alone by himself. with him were his closest friends, and also disciples. though we all come from different places and backgrounds, what brings us together is one faith.

Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds. Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another–and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
