more trippy visions of the future -- perhaps daniel got a flagon of bad mead? The language of the vision is interesting in contrast to John's account in Revelation. In keeping with the rest of the book, the word choice and sentence structure seem ---simplistic--- and economical whereas John seems more abstract and verbose.
